Instead they relied heavily on decisions made by individuals who only considered the accounting side of the business and not the engineering and science side. They also fell way behind in overall employee satisfaction. As I've recently learned I was way underpaid."

"As with any large company, there is lots of unnecessary politics. Not promoting from within. Lack of recognition of specific talent."

"I do not care for the culture at Hamilton-Sundstrand and desire to find a position in an established company with a positive and collegial work culture. I receive very little support for my programs and have yet to work in an area I was originally hired for."

"the corporate office has too much control over the divisions and micro manages them. Also, people are just a number to them."
