"The Long Beach Site is a small Organization with much potential. the people there really want to d a good job"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Beware of bait and switch. I had extensive discussion with management about what was needed to drive change and achieve improvements and improve performance prior to being hired. Very little of what was discussed then is being supported now"

What don't you like about working at Hamilton Sundstrand?

"Organization growth is hampered by lack of adequate tools and staffing. Senor management are not willing to go support with the changes needed to improve customer satisfaction, remain competitive and grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recognize that they need to champion the improvements needed in the organization and that it may be risky but rewards will result"
