"Find a way to reduce costs and keep the work in the United States."

"Getting laid off because they wanted to cut costs by outsourcing my job."

"Read up on the term 'Insourcing', many companies have tried to send their work overseas only to spend more money years later when they had no choice but to bring the jobs back to the United States of America where quality is job one!"

"Great atmosphere with the co-workers. Working for Hamilton Sundstrand was home away from home. I loved to go to work and loved what I did for the company. We all felt like one big family, great trainning and a very family oriented company as well."

"Just be Honest and be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Hamilton Sundstrand?

"I really don't have anything I didn't like about the company or for that matter anyone or management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would just suggest that they keep doing what they are doing. Not forget that the people we are supervising are human beings and to treat them the way yu would want to be treated with respect. Also to pat those that work for you every once in a while and tell them they are doing a good job. I guess I just mean to be a manager not a crabby BOSS."

"Executives got raises and bonuses, while others were being laid off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Level out the bonuses and realize their most importent asset is the lower ranking employees."
