"When I worked there, it was as if someone had installed a revolving door on the HR office. People were coming and going almost daily."

"I enjoyed being part of a team and having strict deadlines. Also, the management was friendly and fun to talk to."

"The HR manager is very nice and easy to talk to. Just tell her your strengths and weaknesses. Be honest with her, she'll be honest with you."

"Job Security was flaky. I always was worried that I was going to lose my job."

"Communication is key to any business. If the Marketing manager is telling me to do this, and it's due by the time the client is supposed to show up, in a hour but the President is telling me to get started on someone's business cards who won't even start for two weeks and he expects his project to be completed first forget what the other guy says."

"The kind friendly atmosphere and the strong religious worldview (it's a Christian University) and the ability to get an education for yourself and your family is a benefit better than almost anything else."

"Don't worry to much about the religious / community oriented aspects of the interview."

"Limited career path as it's a very small university."
