"There are those in upper management that kept buisness from moving smoothly and there were times where buisness was slow because of it. Project management left something to be desired."

"Constructive Critisim: There is a position for every type of person, not one person for every position. There is a reason some people get hired to do a job... and that is so you don't have to."

What do you like about working at ROADMASTER?
"I was able to start off the project by being the first to layout all the boxes and bring in all the neccessary information and photos. I created all the sale sheets for the saleperson and created a salesheet files on the hard drive so anyone can be able to have access to it if they needed the information"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No tips. It is like any other job interviews that a person go on."
What don't you like about working at ROADMASTER?
"When I completed all of the works or salesheets I wasn't recongize for my hard work and my efforts of being there on time and being able to help other with their projects so it would be ready to sent to the printer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To recongize their employee for their hard work and to realize it is the little people that help their team leader that working together we can get the job done."
