What do you like about working at Kehoe Designs?
"-Lots of design freedom. -Projects are fun-Dog friendly, you can bring your dog to work. -We do brag-worthy, high-end events."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"1. Think on your toes. Things are always changes here so be ready for anything. 2. If you get a job here and are ready for a promotion, create a new position for yourself. The owner is very open minded, it you have an idea present. Presenting that idea is the best way to get promoted in a new position that you created. 3. Once hired focus on the business aspect of the job. The business/organization is the weakest aspect of this company so there is lots of room for improvement. Plus most of the employees are competing for more of the creative positions so focusing on the business increases your chances. And there are more opportunities for improvement that you can identify and bring to their attention."
What don't you like about working at Kehoe Designs?
"-Poor communication and organization -Not eco-friendly, they waste and use a lot of toxic materials.-Poor working environment - I work in a cold and dirty warehouse -No windows in my office -Office is near a garage and art department so I am often breathing in truck exhaust, spray paint and spray glue. I often leave with a headache. -No sick days-Lots of last minuet request that cause me to work late forcing me to cancel outside commitments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"1. Hire more staff for better work life balance for all employees. 2. Have regular meetings to improve the communication within the department. 3. Have defined job descriptions4. Set forth processes and procedures to better keep track of projects. And be sure to enforce the those process so everyone stays on track and follows them."

What do you like about working at Trivantis?
"The freedom I have on my PC and access to the internet without blocking or restricting us like children."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Fight for a higher starting salary as there are some employees who haven't had a raise in 9 years. If you really want to work here, be persistent as management and the lone HR guy takes a while in almost ALL decision making.Understand unless your going into sales there isn't really any growth potential with the company as most of the managers have been there for some time."
What don't you like about working at Trivantis?
"No growth opportunity, low pay, no raise in 3 years, working down town and constantly having to pay for parking. My boss doesn't fight for us, and loading more and more work on me while not paying me anymore and asking me to work more hours while on salary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about other departments other than Sales. Respect your employees and show them you care. Either move from downtown or start reimbursing parking if your not going to give raises. Learn how to show confidence to clients and upper management by standing up for your employees."

What don't you like about working at Overstock.com?
"The people were always extremely rude and unwilling to communicate on a professional level.Management was unreasonable and did nothing to stop derogatory remarks and situations in the work place. Many employees were very unprofessional in all situations. It was like being in junior high all over again. Salary was very very low for my position when others with less experience and less work made more."
