"The overall company is a good place to work. It is flexible, has good health benefits and balances life/work well."

"Graphic designers - stay away form BD Diagnostics - Preanalytical Systems' graphics group. Look elsewhere within the company. Read between the lines. Don't believe all that was promised to you."
What don't you like about working at Becton, Dickinson & Co.?
"Working within the graphics group at BD Diagnostics - Preanalytical Systems was definitely a place I would not recommend. It consisted of incredibly poor and incompetent management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire people with people/management skills into managerial positions. Don't base it on seniority. Eliminate the useless; Just because a group leader is a good friend of her reporting-to-manager doesn't mean she should keep her job; Be ware of married couples, one of them a group leader, reporting to the same manager."
