"go to restaurants ask crew members questions,talk with management, ask about the area managers and the regional manager.see how happy they are ask crew how are they treated"

What don't you like about working at Corner Bakery Café?

"field managers can't determind what flavor of the week they are going to follow. depending who's in town or decide if they want you to build the bussines today or save the labor. area director doesn't want you to think on your own he want's you to fear him and do only what he says with no opinion of your own."

"continually talk with management upper and lower, speak with seasoned crew members,take information and show them you are doing something with it."

"The qualities and character of the owner were great and passed down to each franchise."

"I had a wondeerful set of Staff members working for me and especially the Housekeeping staff did a n excellent job"

What don't you like about working at Comfort Suites?

"The owners were not willing to make the changes and also up grade the Hotel as it needed a lot of upgrades and the Boilers needed to be replaced immediately but the owner was trying to delay as much as possible ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to make quick changes as I specified to them and need to pump money further as the Beds. TV's and the Outside of the Hotel needed to be changed."

"Keep doing what your doing because LACMA is being transformed into an amazing art museum"

"It is a great hotel to learn all the ins and outs of a property and how it runs through each department."

What don't you like about working at Candlewood Suites?

"Hard to work with just a skeleton crew of 15 as you will be hands on everything. Always on call."

"Nothing, it was a good place to work, with a good group of people, and it was like a family atmosphere."
