"This company needs to have a management training program that works in place. Sometimes rewarded people that did not deserve to be rewarded."

"To create a more rigid training program that would allow to identify worthy and better candidates. Also to have a better screening process in place so they don't have the theft problem later on."

"Know and completely understand you would be living in a very rural area. Lots of home-schooled employees, entirely seasonally based. Not a hotbed of specifically skilled talent or interested parties in performing exceptional guest service,"

"Living rurally is rather difficult. Pulling from the local talent for competent employees was challenging."

"Put yourself in the employees frame of reference and attempt to lighten up on the intolerance."
