"Chipotle is a great place to work. We take pride in our food, recipes and procedures. We have big opportunities for career advancement, but there is no balance between work and personal life."

"I had poor quality of personal life, since my job is more demanding every day. I believe in Chipotle. There are more people in administrative positions creating more rules that make our operations every day harder to control."
