What don't you like about working at Corrigan Moving Systems?
"Some people are still there not performing while others carry an unfair part of the load. Rewards are not necessarily based on effort and/or results but should be. Family owned company with too many family members being promoted because of a name only."

"Every one should be held accountable and managed. Length of service should not be an excuse for acceptance of mediocrity."
What do you like about working at Dickinson Theatres?
"The employees, customers and atmosphere were great. Is a good place to work and I do miss it."

"It can be a rewarding career. I took many pay-cuts and my theatre sold. I had to move to a place I did not wish to go to keep my job. With the economy the way it is, I was foolish."

"I didn't like working Christmas but that is only because I have 4 small children."

"I enjoyed being able to advance my career, work with good people, and get food for free. Everything else was HORRIBLE!"

"For the love of god, work ANYWHERE else! The company will destroy your family life and when you do finally quit or get laid off, it will take months to even remember how to correctly function in the real world again!"
What don't you like about working at Denny's?
"I worked for Denny's for 7 years.... and lost those 7 years of my life. They say 50 hour weeks.... try 80 hour weeks! Towards the end they cut back to ZERO vacation hours and they cut our time off so that we were working 6 days a week. What a joke!"

"Completely revamp the entire thing! This company is dying because they have sold out to franchise owners who could care less about the image of the brand, the employees, the quality of food... all they want is the MONEY!"

"low payroll, hours not adequate in relation to amount of traffic, meeting customer demands and expectations.slowed opportunity for advancement into dm role"

"invest in your stores and customers through more payroll so they can deliver the best shopping experience possible!"

"Quality of leadership at my level. Peers had no experience in roles, and even less management training, or leadership experience."

"Choose leaders carefully. All leaders have weaknesses, so find the leader for the role and understand their weaknesses to help them. Coach and mentor at a very high level - feedback and accountability."

"Go for it if you are young and have low personal overhead and lifestyle or, if a career changer, you must be prepard to lower your standard of living until earnings ramp up."

"The interaction with the guest and staff. The pride in running a five star gold award hotel."

"This was a small family owned hotel. Lots of fighting in the family. No security."
