"Its an 'old boy network management style' - if you express your feelings you are as good as gone. When I joined I was told we haven't down a good job on retaining our managers - how true! Do not expect a proper work life balance. Expect 60 hours plus a week at the minimum."

"When you say you are going to help train your colleagues... ACT on it, don't just spew empty rhetoric. Leadership comes from above, never mind the emphasis on a 'flat management structure'."
