"Upper management doesn't support the stores, set unreasonable/unattainable goals, and expect 60+ hour work weeks from anyone who is salaried."

"Review your goal writing procedures from the store level. It's impossible to meet the goals provided by the upper management."

"Dollar Tree does not offer a lot of opportunities to grow within the company and also does not offer any benefits in any way."

"My suggestions would be to take the time to hire the right people for the job and to train those people adequately. Doing so will improve turnover and employee morale."
