"There is too much chaos, mixed messages, and management hasn't done the job they're asking you to do so, they are unable to help determine fair and adequate assessments. I witnessed a lot of prejudice within management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest professional classes on working with people. I was lucky that I was able to avoid criticism by working hard, but many of my coworkers were treated harshly and unfairly."
