"Try to find a perm position with benefits or else you get stuck working temp jobs that just pay very poorly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When a SAP wanted to hire me perm FT they wouldn't let me leave. I would suggest you not be so greedy and let the company hire the person FT Perm if they want to without expecting a big payout. Think of the employee wanting to work FT."
