"It's a good place to work and I've been happy since my start of employment. But with recent changes in marketing strategy, work has been pretty thin and a lot of people have either been let go or quit. There doesn't seem to be anything happening to change these practices, so I'm not sure how they can continue."

"Getting paid overtime and plenty of opportunities to work overtime."

"Company was very large, it was hard to broaden experience since projects where so large, you would get stuck doing the same thing over and over."

"Act professionally, provide positive criticism."

"I didn't like the micromanagement. I once heard they called us Sept. Alcatraz. I will leave the rest to your imagination."

"Promises made should have been kept, especially when the employee handbook and ethic department state that everything you say will be kept confidential. In return, I was retaliated against and got fired for speaking out for my department."
