"To much unnecessary paperwork, too many supervisors. Most of the time very stressful."

"Just be yourself. Let them do as much of the talking as possible. The people who do the hiring like to hear themselves talk. Brush up on your Spanish, as this division of the company is well over 80% Hispanic."

"This company, or at least the portion of the company I worked for, is very clannish. Promotions were not necessarily given according to merit or capabilities. It is more not what you know, but who you know. My experience was also, that management did not stand behind their personnel."
