"The 14-18 hour days. Working 6-7 days a week. Being the only woman in the work place. They make it clear that you a woman and they will let you know your place."

"Employment job security is dictated by individual supervisor's buddy system. No matter how good you are in engineering with knowledge and talents, you job security is dictated by personal influence.They layoff so many direct employee while keeping contract employee without explanation."

"Top management should look into the matter of fairness of judgement and hear from the employee leaving company to find any misconduct by supervisor's personal influence against company interest. I was rated very very goo in previous project but was laid off in next project while there are incapable contract employees a lot."

"I liked the variety of responsibilities. The method of moving on to new projects when one was completed with our resumes using Lotus Notes. I worked in the Legal Department and on projects. I could help out other projects when I had down time."
