"I don't like that Fluor has limited project sites in the United States."

"I would suggest that they go after work in the United States more aggressively."

"Every project is different, the same process but new items on every one of them."

"Nothing I can think of other than the field makes the money and the office is support staff. Once they figure that out things go along smoothly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep going and don't forget about the old hands that got you where you are today. Experience is tough to come by and needs to weighted againest all aspects of a project. I know that you have replaced a lot of experienced players for less expensive young talent. Old guys have already made the mistakes before and tend not to repeat the same ones again."
