"Sentry really cares about its employees and it shows. It is a great company."
What do you like about working at Sentry Equipment Corp.?
"I like the fact that every employee's opinion matters. Since Sentry is an ESOP, every employee has a say in how the company is run. I also love the fact that you can work summer hours from after Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is a really nice benefit."

"Be yourself and come prepared to ask a lot of questions about the company and what you will be doing."

"The only real negative thing that I have is where the company is located vs where I live. Since I like the company, I deal with the drive."

"I believe that management handles all the suggestions that they receive well and therefore I don't have anything at this time."

"Given relatively good amounts of autonomy in managing and designing projects here, but senior staff tend to negate those benefits."

"Each studio has it's own issues and benefits. Chose studios wisely."

"Established leaders typically do not learn from their past mistakes. The senior staff is overpaid and under-utilized. The younger staff is overworked and underpaid."

"Don't. It is a decent first job for those who don't care about the type of benefits they get"

"After being sold the new company had no interest in the employees and worked hard and fast to turn the employees over"

"You should have stopped and looked at the great talent that walked out the door. The company had employees that stayed because they believed in the software and the company. You managed to throw all of that down the drain"

"AECOM has amalgamated a number of legacy companies, with little regard for integrating the management, staff and policies that made the former companies great. We're left with an overbearing corporate bureaucracy that makes promises and plans, with little follow up."

"Simplify organizational structure, recognize different business cultures, empower mid managers and project managers with authority to run projects as necessary."
