"There is a disparity in compensation. Because it is not a transparent scale, many people are overpaid while others are highly underpaid."

"I would be more involved with the innovative processes. The politics often get in the way of crediting and discovering talent."

"As the right questions, ask about job role and freedoms to work and the type of oversight that will be expected"

"Owner and new PM dept manager are very accusatory and enjoy to micro manage. It is believed that would rather tell someone how to complete a task than train them to complete the task."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micro managing the Project managers. It is easy to look at something completed and find fault as to how it was completed, but the help is needed on the front end."

"The workers were very dedicated and they worked long hours and were very loyal."

"If you like change, this is a perfect fit, but it is a tough go."

"A constantly changing vision, and changing procedures. No consistency from ownership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appreciate the employees, they were your greatest asset. Develop procedures and give them time to work. Tweak idea, no wholesale changes."

"The staff (for the most part) were nice, but not very knowledgeable (in general)."

"Stop focusing on the party life-style. Take a look at all of the 20th you-tube videos! Nearly everyones memories revolve around DRINKING or being DRUNK and getting stupid TATOOS."

"People that said they had your back---only to find out they were telling you want you want to hear!"

"Although they pride themselves on having a very young general staff, they could certainly use some seasoned veterans in the mix on engineering and surveying."

"Keep it simple. Listen to the bottom to better the operation and satisfy the needs of the employee. The employee first as well as the customer- It's hard to keep both happy."
