"Owner is a great individual but he allows the business team to make poor decisions with promises of rewards that never seem to materialize. Growth outweighs the reality of lower profits to the point that benefits and jobs are being slashed due to large losses."

"Dress nice and bring a pleasant attitude. Smiles are a must, regardless of reality of any situation"
