"You will be trained on a few responsibilities and tasks related to your job, only to find out after about a month that your training was either incorrect or insufficient, and a host of new tasks and responsibilities have now been added to your job."

"Management decides to turn a small issue into a complete wildfire, then mandates unnecessary additional staff to assist with the fire, wasting the time of several employees, delaying their projects from getting completed, and causing unneeded additional stress to complete the project."

"I work strive to create reasonable-sized projects with reasonable deadlines. I would make sure the office looks professional without leaving the burden of that task directly on the workers or requiring a dress code. I would institute actual training programs so that new employees are not overwhelmed and useless for months until they learn the business through trial-and-error or trial-by-fire. I would either train the deadwood employees or finally let them go."
