"Be prepared to travel a lot. On a daily basis keep your manager and team informed of all the work you have completed and what you are working on. Doing this will ensure your tasks are performed on time and everyone is aware of all steps taken and what is next. Always work ahead of schedule."

"Poor training, management that never works with you but gives evaluations based on co-workers opinions. No clear direction on where the company is headed or wants to be."

"Evaluate your workers on what you see and not others opinions. Get clear direct training. Have a mission statement so that workers know the direction of the company and have set boundaries on what the company wants and where it wants to go."
