"Sometimes lack in support. I have to report to lot of people about my job, this makes my life difficult specially if I have some urgent things to take care of."

"Being modest and assuming certain skills are expected or assumed will not prove your worth. Show that you bring more to the table than the required skills (some diversity). Make sure you can function in the environment - not all can!"
