"My tips would be not to interview with them. Your job will not be secure, because you will not be giving all the information you need to do your job."

"My boss was non-supportive and is way to full of himself. Failed or did not want to provide all the funding information a good manager needs to satisfy the customer and increase the gross margin."

"Be more supportive of your managers and stand behind them when facing a disruptive Superintendent."

"Since the downturn of the economy I currently do not have any active contracts, therefore I have no hiring opportunities."

What don't you like about working at Southern Maintenance Services?

"There is nothing I don't like, there are however areas of improvement required. If I were able to dedicate more time to business development, I would have been able to secure additional contracts for my company and employees."

"I have no suggestions for management since I am the owner of the company."
