What do you like about working at Milrose Consultants?
"It is a great opportunity to learn about the building permitting process. Decent training programs."

"The interviews seem to be rather informal. Ask questions about the overtime process and where the company sees its self in 2 years"
What don't you like about working at Milrose Consultants?
"The Owners are always in your business. nearly all projects are a rush is a rush. HR is a completes disaster. The director does nothing but complain to people. The benefit packages keep chaining. No Matching 401K"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a new HR director. Develop a correct rating system to evaluate performance. Stop making management changes all the time and hire enough APMs to spread out the work. There is no time to provide quality to the clients. Stop promising things to clients that can not be delivered"

"It's not what you know here. It is who you know. You will be riffed in time."

"Stop riffing your experienced people who know what they are doing."

"HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR DO NOT WORK HERE -EVER, they will use a person until they are on the brink on insanity, micro manage them, pay them peanuts and expect miracles from them."

"Everything. Words can not explain how bad this company is."

"Throw in the towel, you are micro managers who do not care about the people."

"This the only organization I've experienced where lieing to the client was not only condoned, but was considered a necessity."

"Management is the problem, from the top down. However, it's a South African White Male old boys club and they have no intention of changing it."

"If your young and cute you will get an offer, If your over 45---forget it.H/R is known to hire and promote young only --beware-you will be gone too one day."

"Letting the WRONG experience people who know the business go. Employees that built this company and was so helpful when you needed them. Now there is no one to go too. your on your own with inexperience people."

"STOP......laying off the wrong people. The best people are the older employees and they are the first to go...very sad......"

"United Renovations has a lot of pains to go through before becoming profitable."
What do you like about working at United Renovations?
"The company publically does a lot of charity work for the community, though they are only for Christian charities that the owner choses to donate to, rather than employee decided charities."

"The interviewing process with this company is very unprofessional, and you could even show up in jeans to one of their interviews."
What don't you like about working at United Renovations?
"Makes continuous costly mistakes that cost the company money, plus people are quick to throw other people under the bus when they make mistakes, rather than owning their mistakes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If the company is going to claim to be a general contractor, then study other general contracting companies, and learn from them. If they are going to act like a subcontractor, as they now do, then hire their own laborers directly, rather than pertending their laborers are subcontractors. As of this time, the current subcontractor list for the most part are no better than day laborers that can get picked up in the Home Depot parking-lot."

What do you like about working at Gaither International?
"By working at Gaither, you are constantly learning through the wide range of projects you are exposed to. Creative and challenging, everyone works together as a team and helps each other out, constantly exchanging ideas and coming up with new, timely and relevant ways to develop each project. Flexible, fun, friendly, collaborative, supportiveworking here is definitely a blessing. There is direct contact with upper management, and they are always willing and available to listen, give valuable insight and help their employees."

"Get a feel about who we are, the products we have and what we do. Be open to learning (a lot) and multitasking."

"It is often a lot of work, but I don't see that as a negative. Plus, the environment and value of what we do makes it worth it!"

"There are a number of plus points for working in this company and the best part for me was working on latest technology."

"Well they require a very sound technical person when ever they are hiring especially for the R&D department."

"Salaries are low compared to the work you have to do there."

"I did not like several of the other people working there, there was an atmosphere throwing you under the bus and it was always uncomfortable for me. In fairness I haven't worked there for a long time and so I don't know what it like today."

"I was not comfortable at my job, I didn't really get the support or help I would expect from management. They were more inclined to listen to the bus throwers."

"This is a good contracting company to work for, but it is contracting and advancement may be limited to the contract customer you were recruited to help."
