"The management team on both the local and regional level rule through threats and intimidation. It makes coming to work almost unbearable."

"The boss is always right. He just wants to know you can do the job."

"I have little assistance or resources available. People are currently too stretched with their own workloads."

"It is suffocatingly restrictive and conformist, with too many co-workers climbing the ladder on the knives in the backs of their friends. You must love to do extensive reports all the time or you will lose your mind."

"Make sure you ask about the relationship with the client and ask to meet your team bc the client will be more your supervisor than your actual supervisor."

"The fit with the client was not organized. They were unsure of what our roles were supposed to be and nobody had process guideliness."

"I would hire people that knew the roles of all those involved not just his/her role responsibility and lead the team as a whole."

"The only problem is there is no room for growth within the business/project side of the company. Unless you are an engineer there is no room for growth"
