"Try to be more organized. A beter distribution of workers would help"

"I get paid to do electronic troubleshooting and repair. It's not rocket science."

"You will be tested on your basic electronic skills: soldering, etc."

"It's not rocket science. I enjoy a more challenging environment."

"Management is bureaucratic and employees are not productive. Manage for productivity and quality."

"Some of the people here are very pleasant to work with, and the opportunity to serve the country by maintaing the aircraft for Border Protection is a great honor."

"It's a great opportunity and an excellent place to work - if the company would only get their act together."
What don't you like about working at Defense Support Services?
"The company doesn't supply the manpower, assets or monetary compensation necessary to do the job properly. Employees are continually shorted on paychecks and denied opportunities clearly provided for in company policy."

"Take care of your employees! No matter the site or locatio, take care of your employees and they will take care of you!"

"Coworkers who didn't pull their own weight equally on projects that was intended to be carried out in a group effort."

"The lack of disciplinary action towards coworkers who didn't pull their own weight."

"go in with a open mind, the place can be fun to work at the owner is a great guy"

"no benefits, and the manager was a little crazy when not on his medication"

"I have none they are no longer in business, if they where open I would suggest keep up the good work"

"I was given overtime to do all the repairs the other Technicians couldn't do"

"do not show up late for your interview and you better know what the part number is of a 5 volt rectifier is"

"I enjoyed working in a group center environment troublestooting DWDM Cisco ONS54154 multiplexers, Fujitsu 7500 multiplexers, and the Sonic Fujitsu 4000 series multiplexers."

"Listen, learn from others and don't be afraid to ask questions."

"Management did not have any electronics experience. We had to depend on each other."

"Communicate better when it comes to working with different types of clients."

"I enjoyed working with that group of electronic technicians we still meet at times on ocasions."

"Management did not have any electronics experience we had to depend on each other."

"When posting for a managers posistion in electronics part of its requirement should be having some electronic background."

"Products were very technical, and use your knowledge. Parts were almost always there."

"You have to know your electronics. I had a very hard 75 question test."
What don't you like about working at Rockwell Collins?
"After about 3 months, I was put on 3rd shift."

"I think they could have asked for some techs to have more output."

"People, work ethics, great work force, well trained, more school needed in some areas."

"More qualified should be in the management/supervisor role, not just the one who bid on the job."

"Pay, most employees are underemployed and could be doing more for the company."

"Treat everyone fairly, keep an environment that is enjoyable to work in."

"Daylight job. No weekends. Interesting work. Nice work areas. Nice work force."

"I do not recommend. Look elsewhere for employment. Full of politics. Don not step on others feet or you will be demoted."

"Politics. Sad for employees who work for them. Low raises."

"Need a better one. Very poor at taking care of employees. Don't seem to care. All they are out for is the money."

"I really enjoyed working for BAE systems, however, I was young at the time and not ready to sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day."
