"Love: Fixing things, building things, from idea to reality. That is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Hate: convincing management of the right tools needed to do the job and/or faster, the investment vs. the payout is the toughest aspect to overcome. The other view is the manager outsourcing all of the hired help to boost the company bottom line, or in this case to eliminate the employees that will receive bonuses in exchange for higher cost in contract labor. I am in the class of workers that take pride in being a member of the company, not hired guns."

"Even though I work on the simulators in this company I find that it is outdated equipment. It is very difficult to propose ways to improve the systems because the process is not in place that such things would be possible to do."
