"Get rid of upper management. Bellsouth was much better-run company."

"Too much emphasis on numbers, and spreadsheets, they just change numbers to get results they want."

"Treat employees better, train them, quit tracking every little thing they do. GPS on vehicles but can't get training on equipment."

"Great Workplace, great employees. Excellent work enviroment. The best hours."

"If a good work enviroment is more important then a paycheck this is the place for you. Dont be suprised when after being a temp they offer you a pay cut to come on board."

"Unfortunately the pay is pathetic in my opinion. Turnover is low, but so is morale."

"Pay your employees what they are worth. Ask the little guys how they are doing once in a while."
