"I enjoy testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronics. The work is challenging at times but it all gets done on time to ship. Being the cell lead had its ups and downs. I like having some control and prioritize how I/we can get things completed easily. What I don't like at this time is the disrespect I get since obtaining my BS degree. I feel I am wasting it staying were I am."

"You should trust the people, not the tradition or leadership. The junior personnel make the organization succeed, in spite of the leadership."

"The complete inability to affect quality change within the organization."

"Tradition is necessary, but not when it stands in the way of growth and refinement."

"I am not full time they don't know if I will go full time"

"The management of the company. The equipments are not the most up to date for an electronics department."

"We never had the management here in Florida.would have made the difference"
