"After only months of working in the F&B Engineering division it became clear the group was operating on pour information from lack of field visits, poor timing and testing practices prior to on-site implementation, and lacked good practices, documentation and training for new employees. They didn't mind selling old technologies and solutions at top dollar and every time I went on-site I felt the customer was getting less than the best."
