I still maintain strong relationships with many of my coworkers from Ecolab. It's unfortunate that the Pest Elimination Division had to lay off 40% of its management."

"Stay away! No training! No support! Lack of empathy! Work/life balance doesn't exist! Managers are horrible! Culture is stuck back where no one talks to anyone, double standard expectations! Cut throat and high school drama! People use other people to get ahead. Quick to tell you did something wrong but nothing when something is done right! Forget about a learning curve! You accept the job, know it all on your first or expect it to be documented! Grudges and everyone talks about everyone!"

"Listen to front line managers, They see what's happening firsthand."

"Don't, this place is the worst. Every employee in the field is unhappy."

"The company has lost its way. Came up with a way to cheat its employees of thousands of dollars a year. Poor management."

"Find new jobs. You are terrible and your employees have lost all respect for you."
