"The initial training program was very effective. My first manager was good - the second manager benefit package was also good."

"No job security - not just from an economic decline - ask about the turnover in the job you are a candidate for."

"Lack of management support for employees - trust level is very low - expectation to live and breathe Ecolab."

"Hold your managers accountable - listen to employees - I worked for a very incompetent manager who experienced large turnover."

"I no longer work for Ecolab, however I found it to be a great place to gain valuable experience and develop into a sales professional."

"I always thought that they could have allowed they're employees to step outside the box a bit more rather than hard line the Ecolab way or the highway mentality."

"Just because a potential new hire candidate has a college degree does not mean that he is more qualified than one who does not."
