"They weigh too much on the (Internal) interview process for team mates to advance when they have proven that they can handle the resposibilities time and time again. In other words, it's a buddy system. If I am in a position, I can tap you to ensure that you interview for a chance at advancement."

"Look more closely at what the EE's have proven that they can handle regardless of whether or not he/she was coached for the typical black and white answers to interview questions."

"You have to be super outgoing, popular, its more important than actually doing work."

"Dell Management sucks, doing your job does not matter as much as being popular Dell managers worry about their bonus more than rating employees fairly."

"Learn how to rate people on the work they perform. Management should not get bonuses, only employees."

"They think they own you. It seemed to me their culture was a brain wash one, like Dell was the only company to work for. They also didn't always pay you for the hours you worked."
