What don't you like about working at Dell?

"They weigh too much on the (Internal) interview process for team mates to advance when they have proven that they can handle the resposibilities time and time again. In other words, it's a buddy system. If I am in a position, I can tap you to ensure that you interview for a chance at advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look more closely at what the EE's have proven that they can handle regardless of whether or not he/she was coached for the typical black and white answers to interview questions."
