"They weigh too much on the (Internal) interview process for team mates to advance when they have proven that they can handle the resposibilities time and time again. In other words, it's a buddy system. If I am in a position, I can tap you to ensure that you interview for a chance at advancement."

"Look more closely at what the EE's have proven that they can handle regardless of whether or not he/she was coached for the typical black and white answers to interview questions."

"There are no advancement opportunities here in TN. If I were willing to move there could be however my home is in TN and I plan on staying here."

"not as much growth opportunity mostly because of the market."

"Listen"

"Compensation can be very good at Dell. Management is poor as are the tools provided you to do your job. Going private is supposed to help the company but I could see Dell not being in business in 5 years. The top down management style does not promote a healthy culture with the business."

"I worked for Dell multiple times over a span of years, It has it's ups and downs. There seems to have developed high school type clicks for promotion and influence. Good Money though."
