"Long hours on occasion. Work can be some what repetitive."

"Mix the work up. Try to spead tasks around so no one is stuck doing project management type tasks."

"I disliked that they had more than four corporate-based offices. They need other billing facilities."

"Provide smaller offices in other cities, and reach out with billing as a whole."

Of course, they are not 100% perfect and they acknowledge that but from the site level to the executive team, they are doing constant work to create the best healthcare outcomes in regard to Nephrology."
