Staff are overworked, unappreciated and even when threatened and have reported it to the administration, company does not do anything because they don't want to lose any money by addressing the issue with the patient. On top of that, they keep on accepting new admissions even when they don't have the staff to cover for it. No 401k matching, sets up goals for your bonuses (which by the way, the way the system is set makes it difficult to achieve) and has a patronizing regional director who has a business background and has no clue what it means to be on the floor working with actual patients."
