"There were many opportunities for advancement. I did advance after two years to manager. I was multitasking every day, and there's always something to do there."

"There was not enough training with senior associates to get to know the little things about the department/product."

"Have better communication between management and associates."

"People, and it was easy, as my family knew lots about cars."

"I was in High School, so I didn't know what other opportunities were available."
