"Originally the concepts were still growing and we weree the BEST in the industry, that's what made them a great acquisition for Frist American. I helped that ya know!"

"Don't bother name dropping, it's VERY automated as I said, seek resources from people already on board for latest info."

What don't you like about working at First American Title?

"Now it's too automated and their contacts are mostly outsourced."

"Pick up your darn phones when someone needs you!"

"Be very firm about your desire salary. Its a great company to work for. No weekends holiday off and vacation also sick pay."

"The pay was not great at all. I could of been making double working at another institution"

"They need to be competitive with pay and especially the OjaI office leave personal problems at home!"

"get to know the people that work for you. they are the ones that make the company grow. respect ALL employees. be a good listener, even if it is something you dont want to hear. everyone is different, butnit takes ALL kind to make it work."

"Confidence is key! Be on time, give a firm hand-shake, provide constant eye contact, sit when asked to be seated, use honest, short but thorough answers, and smile ;)"

What don't you like about working at ReserveAmerica?

"Being that we had over 150 computers within the call center, we were required to maintain a very low air temperature in order to keep the pc's cool. It was VERY COLD :)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The most effective method I've used in managing people has always been Choices. By providing those under you with options, you have allowed them to assume responsability, and feel more a part of the company, instead of just being a pawn. For example; You have a task or particular mission to complete, and depending on the employess strengths, you provide them with up to 3 options, although the options/choices are those which you've come up with, they have the choice of which of the said options to use. I feel this is a very effective method, as it provides the employee with a sense of self worth, a feeling of usefulness, and as a result, the company gains a high level of moral. And you, as the manager, gain the respect of those whome you are managing."

"I like the customer interaction, and every day there is something challenging or different."

"When interviewing with The Home Depot, make sure you want to be face-to-face with the consumer, and make sure you're willing to give your all, including customer service, physical labor, learning every aspect of the company, and also, be willing to work long hours. Home Depot will reward you if you're willing to be a genuine hardworking employee."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I honestly can't think of anything, but if I had to choose one thing, it would be the schedule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure to hire people who are extremely customer service-oriented and with a special motivation. A person with motivation and drive in a company will help make that company succeed."
