"smile be upbeat, it all about personality there, tell them what they want to hear."

"The hours are crazy, no growth and proper development for staff."

"listen to the needs of the customers and suggestion made by customer care agents. Have general interest in your staff welfare"

"The actual work environment is home, which is nice for several reasons! No actual real commute to work, save gas, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere."

"Really think about the actual job and what the work is. Although, some might enjoy mundane lifeless tasks daily for hours upon hours, but just make sure that's what YOU want."
What don't you like about working at Alpine Access?
"The mundane duties of the work itself. It's not hard work and definitely not rocket science to be an employee with Alpine Access, however, the constant repetitiveness is unbearable and very draining."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more staff, being under staffed and keeping the current employees over worked is not good."

"Wear what you want. And you can't get fired if you under preform."

"Hard to improve your status and wages especially if a par time worker."

"Can not think like a CEO, sorry. Maybe more time off for part time workers."

"Its pretty laid back and easy but doesnt pay enough money."

"Let them know you would like to become a trash driver."
What don't you like about working at Allied Waste Industries?
"There are no other positions I would want to persue here, the only choices are collections or sales and both positions dont pay much more than what I'm making now. I would like to get a job that pays more thats off the phones away from talking to customers on a constant basis."

"Would be the same way, maybe alittle more picky with who we hire here."
What do you like about working at StarTek?
"that I don't see the customers and I like the attitudes of the staff and the pay is pretty good"

"if you love talking and standing up for something, you will enjoy it here. if you are okay with confrontation and are outgoing and receive energy from talking a lot this is a good thing for you. if you are good with problem solving and don't mind doing almost the same thing over again, if you don't mind sitting attached to a cord which is attached to your cube then this is the place."

"have more fun events maybe, have health and wellness classes, teach meditation and have a walking track around the site.. and give rewards other than just candy"

"I could work from home which was nice. Direct managers were nice."

"I honestly would not suggest that anyone apply here if they have any interest in moving up with a company or working with a company that keeps their promises."
What don't you like about working at HireRight?
"Management was clueless. Outsourced agents couldn't do half of the work which left customers frustrated and the rest of us to pick up the slack. Customer Service is not a priority no matter what they tell you. Your quality scores are based on other departments work and not the work you do yourself, so if they screw up, it reflects on you. Poor training, unclear/undocumented policies and no one stop place to get answers left CSR's scrambling to find or make up answers. The company can't keep to its own time-frame for resolving issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Someone needs to take a real look at the service that is being offered to customers and what is actually being provided. Real training needs to be provided. A Lead team on the customer service floor with one general extension would greatly benefit the employees. Management needs to actually be innovative."

"I like that it was an electronic store and it gave me the opportunity to learn more about the different types of electronics and other items."

"Be yourself and have sales and customer service experience to share."

"I did not like that the schedule was set in stone and the fact that the hours were not sufficient."

"I would suggest better scheduling and maybe an increase of salary from $8.00 to $10.00 as the starting salary."

"The company has modified the SAP data base to try and simplify it but have made it more complicated and added more steps to achieve something so simple."
