"Quit screwing employees out of benefits by firing them a month before they are set to receive them. Quit locking employees out of the management offices."

"Qulity control issues. Management is to strict and there is too much supervision; adults are treated like children. Call center environment."

"Trust the employees to carry out the task that you have trained them to do, if they can't do that find someone else that can. Do not penalize the entire workforce for the mistakes of a few individuals."

"For as large as Lennar is, Our Palm desert office had a family like feeling to it. We accoplished our goals and had fun doing so. Great culture."

"Be honest with your answers to the interviewer. Be prepared to embrace the culture."

"Not a thing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I felt that the management was fair and instructive. It would have been nice to know about they're plan's to close they're Palm Desert office a little more in advance, so I could begin to find a replacement job sooner."

"It was all fine and dandy until things started going downhill. The people I worked with were the best part though."

"The two-faced, out for #1 attitude of the management."

"Fire them all and start over with un-corruptable individuals (hah, like that could ever happen)"
