What do you like about working at CompuCom?

"I liked the atmosphere, the many different projects that we would work on. Learning new things from other people I wanted to learn everything. "Sometimes I would have to spend more time boxing up client devices, and equipment because other workers were not willing to do it or they would disappear. This would keep me from doing actual scriptwriting or networking, and the company had a large shipping department. This company did not give out cost of living raises, only mandatory overtime at a moment's notice. This I guess would be the raise, mean while people where getting burnt out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is hard to run a company, especially when it gets really big. I noticed some office leutents would not finish their job, and I would say they need to keep an eye on these people if they have the time, or they may just run the company into the ground, This company has been bought and sold many times. I do not know if this is the cause of it but it could be something to look into. If you have an employee that is a loyal asset, take care of them, do not let them suffer and lose them."
