"I have worked with Compucom as a contractor for over 10 years. Compucom provides salaried positions for employees on a contractual basis for fortune 500 companies. Recently Compucom was acquired by Home Depot and has been reducing workforce especially Senior Engineers."
"I have worked on and off for Microsoft in various roles for many years both as an FTE and as a consultant. As I mentioned in the previous section I do plan on returning to my consultant position there after a mandatory 6 month break. The team I work with is a great team ad while I always look forward to returning, I am also looking for short term opportunities while I am away."
"Great starting position in the IT industry."
"I have worked at Compucom for more than a year. I enjoyed everything about working at Compucom. I also attained a lot of skills that will enable me to excel where ever I go."

"It's a great place to gain experience. I recommend about 6 months to a year than to move forward with one's career."
"Working for CompuCom for over two years I've seen a tremendous amount of change. I've had more than 5 supervisors, all with different visions of the job to be done. The company realizes it has a significant employee engagement issue and is working on correcting that. There have been some leadership challenges in the past but there is hope the new president will fix that."
"Worked on the project for almost a year. The people are friendly and that was the only reason to stay."
"Good company to get experience."
"I am not happy with the company all around."
"Fair and good working environment."
"I have been with CompuCom for about six years and have never gotten a pay raise, while benefits continue to go down. I have coworkers who have never gotten a raise or bonus in 8 - 12 years. The company pays poorly, never gives raises, though promises are always being made, and continues to increase workload, and add new and cumbersome processes to present tasks. Come here for a year, if you can't find anything better then take your experience and find a decent job. Do not get dead ended here."
"Managers will work you to the bone, no raises. Favoritism in the office especially with the manager. Kiss ass people, low lifes, you have to be a loser like the manager or you will get in trouble and written up all the time. God forbid you make a mistake. Could be a good company to work for, but you will have to start all over and get managers that work and work like managers.... I never seen so many unhappy people at a business. Try again."
"I would say it's a good company. Good benefits."
