"I worked at CompuCom systems Inc and I found this company to be a great place to work if you are self motivated and willing to learn. I liked there team spirit and willingness to teach for the tech that is just starting out it is a good place to start."

"Although the employee base is a solid group of individuals the management tends to pay the general employee at very low salaries and then place the burden of poor senior management decisions on said employees but cutting salaries even further. So much for core values."
"You are not appreciated in terms of the talent you put forward. I have always been successful in making our customers happy as I work for a customer office. But in terms of appreciation, I have not been handed out much from the company in terms of either money or material (like a reward, etc). Pager pays suck for the time we put in. Overall the company is good at giving you chance to prove your talent but the company still fails to recognize how valuable their employees are and what a small gesture of appreciation can mean to an employee."
"I have worked with CompuCom on different kinds of projects. If a person is looking to start in the IT field and wants to get experience, this is a good company to start with. They work with a lot of companies around the states."
"If you don't care about salary and love having people micromanage your every move, then this place is right for you."
"Compucom is an excellent place to get started with a technical career. There are quite a few openings that are regularly available for less-experienced technicians to get their feet wet. However, the company pays well below market average for most positions, and raises are hard to come by."
"I have worked for CompuCom since 2006 with very little chance for advancement and only 2 very small raises with none in sight."
"I've worked for CompuCom about 3 years and I can definitely say that it is a great company to work with, and they offer a lot of time off to spend with your loved ones besides the programs to enhance your language, and TI skills are great."
