"Know the company buzzwords before you talk to anyone. Embed those buzzwords within your resume, interview responses, and phone conversations. That is more important than what you know. If you want to work here, you need full flexibility to move to whatever location in the world the company wants you to go. Otherwise, this culture is not a good match for a long-term career."

"The company's size prevents agile attack of opportunities in every division. I dislike the level of travel required."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give individual divisions more autonomy, and replace about 25% - 40% of the self-service links for benefits and IT support with actual people who can be called."
