"We had a phenomenal sales team (15 members) that unfortunately was disbanded during a management change."

"Spend time thinking of questions you will ask during your interviews. Cisco is a huge company and you should find out as much as you can before making a decision to move into a large organization."

What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?

"Being a large company, there were too many cooks in the kitchen, and it was very hard getting decisions made at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cut down on the number of conference calls and allow the sales reps to spend more time in front of their customers."
