"Study the early years and find ways to duplicate the team fervor and hope the employees lived and breathed for Cisco. Keep employees engaged with the stock purchase plan. Have employee appreciation events."

"Cisco is a company rampant with racial bias. Vertical and lateral promotions are not based on job competency or knowledge, but favoritism and those who do not challenge the status quo. Cisco offers no work-life balance. Human resources with Cisco is highly under-trained and not well-versed with California Labor Laws."

"Senior management should check the pulse of the average worker anonymously. They will be shocked at what they will find!!"
